Make an order enquiry easy to trace

Include your order number, the email used at checkout and a short explanation. For a damaged, incorrect or incomplete item, photographs of the packaging and affected part are helpful when reasonably available. Please do not send payment-card details, passwords or unnecessary identity documents.

If a toy appears damaged or a piece becomes loose, stop using it while we review your enquiry. If you are concerned that your cat has swallowed a part or is unwell, seek veterinary assistance rather than waiting for a customer-service reply.

Before returning a parcel
